Regulatory Information

The GANOZ Funds are Protected Cells within THE WORLDWIDE MUTUAL FUND PCC LIMITED (a protected cell investment company registered with limited liability in Guernsey which has applied for regulation by the Guernsey Financial Services Authority)

The Guernsey Financial Services Commission (the "GFSC") has authorised the Fund as a Class B Collective Investment Scheme under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 (as amended). It must be distinctly understood that if the GFSC gives authorisation, it does not vouch for the financial soundness or the correctness of any of the statements made or opinions expressed with regard to the Fund. Investors in the Fund are not eligible for the payment of any compensation under the Collective Investment Schemes (Compensation of Investors) Rules 1988 made under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 (as amended). Investors in any Cell of the Fund must be over the age of 18.

Ganoz and/or connected persons may from time to time, as principal or agent, make purchases, sales and/or offers to purchase and/or sell in the open market or otherwise and may have a position or holding in any investment mentioned herein, or a related investment, as a result of engaging in such transactions.

If you are unable to agree to the terms outlined herein or you are resident in a jurisdiction (e.g. the United States, Hong Kong, South Africa or the European Union) where access to the site and information contained therein is strictly prohibited, then please EXIT THE SITE immediately. Investment Risk

There are significant risks associated with investment in some of the funds outlined in the site. Investment in the funds on this site, particularly the Distribution Fund is intended for sophisticated investors who can accept the risks associated with such an investment including a substantial or complete loss of their investment. Such schemes are permitted to and use gearing as an investment strategy. The effect of such gearing is that movements in the price of the schemes will be more volatile than the movements in the prices of their underlying investments.

Performance figures quoted on the websites are past performance. Past performance is not an indicator of future performance. Neither Ganoz nor its directors or employees or any associate guarantee or make any representation as to the performance of the Funds, the maintenance or repayment of capital, the price at which Units may trade or any particular rate of return. The value of investments and any income derived from them can go down as well as up and the value of an investor's investment may be extremely volatile and be subject to sudden and substantial falls.  Investment in foreign exchange involves risk factors and special considerations which may not be typically associated with investing in other markets.

Credit risk

Investors in the Distribution Fund will assume the full risk of the success or failure of the trading strategy of Ganoz for payment of gains. The investment should be considered as high risk and is only for the experienced and sophisticated investor who can afford the risk inherent in this type of investment. The investor may not get back the capital he invested.

Investors in the Capital Protected Funds will assume the full risk of the success of the trading strategy and the credit risk of Ganoz for payment of the fixed return, also the credit risk of the bank holding the fixed term deposit that provides the security for the return of all or part of the investors capital. The underlying investment should be considered as high risk and is only for the experienced and sophisticated investor who can afford the risk inherent in this type of investment.

The Investor is reliant on the Administrator, Custodian and Broker to fulfil their obligations in respect of the product. The investor should consider the credit quality of Ganoz, the Bank holding the deposit for the capital protected funds and the Broker before deciding to invest.

Redemption

The Investor may be entitled to redeem the fund before maturity but he may not receive the full amount of his invested capital.

General risks

The value of the underlying risk investment will be influenced by complex and interrelated political, economic, financial and other factors that affect the currency markets generally. Ownership of the product exposes the investor to many different risks, including (without limitation) interest rate, foreign exchange, time value and/or political risks. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future performance. Should the investment fail, the investor is dependent on the credit risk of the Bank holding the deposit to secure the return of the protected capital.

Investors may also be exposed to foreign exchange risk, to the extent that they invest in products denominated in a currency other than their home currency.
